Job Summary
Core TM1 Support
Development: Manage and maintain existing TM1 base
cubes. Develop and deploy system enhancements implement performance
tuning and execute bug fixes as required by the business.
Troubleshooting & Data Integrity: Act as the primary investigator for any issues
within the Business Cubes. If data discrepancies occur proactively troubleshoot
the issue and collaborate directly with Source System teams to resolve data
quality and integration gaps.
Pipeline Monitoring: Take full ownership of daily data pipelines and ETL
processes (TurboIntegrator processes) ensuring jobs run smoothly without
failures and addressing any breaks immediately.
Reporting & Tracking: Meticulously track day-to-day support activities ticket
resolutions and system health. Compile and present a weekly operational status
report to the customer and key stakeholders.
Period End Close (PEC) Support: Provide extended and flexible support during
critical PEC weeks which will include required weekend availability to ensure the
business meets its financial reporting deadlines without system interruption.
Independent Operation: Act as a self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
