Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of OraclePCMCSsolutions including model design rule configuration and performance optimization.
• Architect complex allocation models for multi-dimensional profitability analysis (e.g. product customer geography).
• Define metadata structures hierarchies and dimensional mappings aligned with business needs.
• Oversee integration ofPCMCSwith Oracle ERP EPM and external systems.
• Design and manage data pipelines using Data Management tools (e.g. FDMEE Data Integration).
• Ensure data governance accuracy and reconciliation across systems.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to gather requirements present solutions and drive decision-making.
• Provide strategic guidance on cost modeling profitability analysis and financial transformation initiatives.
• Conduct workshops training sessions and post-go-live support.
• Mentor junior consultants and analysts onPCMCSbest practices and project delivery.
• Review deliverables for quality consistency and alignment with client expectations.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and capability building.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in OraclePCMCSand Oracle EPM Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of cost allocation methodologies financial modeling and performance management.
• Expertise in rule sets custom calculations (MDX) and Essbase (ASO/BSO).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP integration and data management tools.
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and documentation skills.
• Bachelors or masters degree in finance Accounting Information Systems or related field.
