Were looking for an experienced Parts Capability Manager to join our team at our head office in Archerfield. This is a Permanent Monday to Friday role.
What youll be doing:
Design establish and embed a nationally consistent parts warehouse capability model across the Hastings Deering network.
Develop and implement role-based capability frameworks training architecture and learning pathways to support modern system-driven and automated parts fulfilment operations including WMS and MPFC.
Lead the creation of structured onboarding frameworks and ongoing capability uplift programs to ensure safe and effective warehouse operations.
Set enterprise-wide standards frameworks and governance for parts warehouse capability and training ensuring consistency across all business centres.
Operate in a build-then-embed capacity transitioning ownership to the business while ensuring sustainability and scalability.
Partner with supply chain operations systems safety and learning teams to align capability development with operational technology and compliance requirements.
Ensure capability frameworks and training standards are effectively governed monitored and continuously improved across the network.
What youll need:
A successful teammate will have experience in:
Relevant experience in warehousing automation is essential
Qualification in training/education organisational development or relevant field
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with creating WMS training and system based learning
