Parts Capability Manager

Company :

Were looking for an experienced Parts Capability Manager to join our team at our head office in Archerfield. This is a Permanent Monday to Friday role.

What youll be doing:

• Design establish and embed a nationally consistent parts warehouse capability model across the Hastings Deering network.
• Develop and implement role-based capability frameworks training architecture and learning pathways to support modern system-driven and automated parts fulfilment operations including WMS and MPFC.
• Lead the creation of structured onboarding frameworks and ongoing capability uplift programs to ensure safe and effective warehouse operations.
• Set enterprise-wide standards frameworks and governance for parts warehouse capability and training ensuring consistency across all business centres.
• Operate in a build-then-embed capacity transitioning ownership to the business while ensuring sustainability and scalability.
• Partner with supply chain operations systems safety and learning teams to align capability development with operational technology and compliance requirements.
• Ensure capability frameworks and training standards are effectively governed monitored and continuously improved across the network.
  

What youll need:

A successful teammate will have experience in:

• Relevant experience in warehousing automation is essential
• Qualification in training/education organisational development or relevant field
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with creating WMS training and system based learning
