Role Summary
Own and drive end-to-end performance marketing and B2B lead generation. Responsible for generating high-quality leads (MQLs) optimizing cost (CPL/CPA) and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Marketing
- Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads Meta Ads and LinkedIn
- Manage ad budgets to optimize ROAS and CPL
- Coordinate with agencies for creatives and campaign execution
2. Lead Funnel Optimization
- Ensure lead quality and alignment with sales requirements
- Improve conversion rates via landing pages and forms (CRO)
- Integrate ad platforms with CRM for smooth lead flow
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs: CPL CTR CPA funnel metrics
- Use GA4 and platform dashboards for insights
- Forecast performance and optimize campaigns
Requirements
- 35 years in performance marketing (B2B preferred)
- Strong expertise in Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads
- Experience managing agencies/vendors
- Knowledge of GA4 GTM and analytics tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
