Reporting To: Head of Marketing / CEO Role Summary
Own and drive end-to-end performance marketing and B2B lead generation. Responsible for generating high-quality leads (MQLs) optimizing cost (CPL/CPA) and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Marketing
Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads Meta Ads and LinkedIn
Manage ad budgets to optimize ROAS and CPL
Coordinate with agencies for creatives and campaign execution 2. Lead Funnel Optimization
Ensure lead quality and alignment with sales requirements
Improve conversion rates via landing pages and forms (CRO)
Integrate ad platforms with CRM for smooth lead flow 3. Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs: CPL CTR CPA funnel metrics
Use GA4 and platform dashboards for insights
Forecast performance and optimize campaigns
Requirements
35 years in performance marketing (B2B preferred)
Strong expertise in Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads
Experience managing agencies/vendors
Knowledge of GA4 GTM and analytics tools
Strong analytical and communication skills Preferred
Experience in B2B / SaaS / subscription-based businesses
Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
