As a Client Partner you are responsible for leading a portfolio of clients and the broader Client Leadership team acting as a true strategic partner and an extension of their business. Your core mission is to deeply understand your clients business challenges and objectives beyond just media & advertising. You will unearth and develop innovative solutions that drive their business forward leveraging EssenceMediacoms expertise to deliver breakthrough thinking. You are the gatekeeper of the clients experience fostering indispensable long-term partnerships that are built on trust and a shared vision.
You will lead the end-to-end client journey from strategic planning and execution to commercial growth and team development. Your success will be measured by high client satisfaction scores (e.g. TRR Vantage scores) the retention and growth of your team the profitability and expansion of your client portfolio and your leadership in championing the EssenceMediacom Breakthrough planning process.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead client portfolio management fostering deep indispensable partnerships built on an implicit understanding of their business industry and challenges.
- Drive the EssenceMediacom Breakthrough planning process overseeing the creation of insightful channel strategies and innovative solutions that deliver against client objectives and KPIs.
- Oversee the complete end-to-end client service delivery ensuring best-in-class execution timely and accurate reporting and accountability for all deliverables and auditing requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders building trust and maintaining strong relationships through proactive engagement face-to-face interaction and exceptional service.
- Identify develop and convert strategically relevant revenue opportunities for EssenceMediacoms diversified services contributing to agency growth.
- Ensure the financial health of client accounts accurately forecasting revenue and billings managing profitability and minimizing debt.
- Collaborate effectively with internal EssenceMediacom disciplines and specialist business units (SBUs) to leverage their expertise and add value to clients.
- Lead and mentor a large Client Leadership team fostering a culture of high performance continuous development and strong retention through regular 1:1s clear career paths and effective communication.
- Champion EssenceMediacoms vision and values both internally and externally.
- Lead new business pitches as required contributing to agency growth and reputation.
- Drive continuous improvement in client satisfaction scores (e.g. TRR third-party reviews) through proactive action plans and issue resolution.
- Manage resource planning to ensure optimal service delivery and team efficiency.
