Job Summary
Job Description
As a General Assistant you will
- Assist in the preparation and serving of breakfast lunch snacks and coffee according to established menus and recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness of the front of house areas including organising dishes and utensils.
- Following proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.
- Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff during mealtimes addressing any concerns or special dietary needs.
- Participate in training sessions and meeting related to food service procedures safety protocols and customer service standards.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Ideally have experience working within catering
- Be a skilled Barista
- Have good Health & Safety knowledge.
- Flexible with a can-do attitude customer focused.
- Fun and enthusiastic
- Have excellent organization skills.
- Demonstrate great attention to detail.
- Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team.
- Possess great customer service skills.
- Have a flexible approach to work
