Job Summary
MEET THE KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS AS SET BY THE TEAM LEAD. MANAGE HIS OWN DELIVERABLES VIS-À-VIS TEAM DELIVERABLES AND ENSURE THAT ALL THE SLAS ARE MET ALL ACTIVITIES ARE PERFORMED AS PER THE AGREED SOPS Maintain and own the exception & productivity tracker ENSURE THAT THE CLOSE ACTIVITIES ARE PERFORMED AS PER THE AGREED CLOSE CALENDAR Effectively review the activities as agreed (checker where applicable) Publish the weekly/ monthly performance dashboards as agreed Ability to reach out to the client counterpart in case of activities are due and impacting TAT ABILITY TO GET INTO THE DETAIL AND COME UP WITH PROCESS IMPROVEMENT IDEAS TO REDUCE CLOSE CYCLE TIME AND OR FLATTEN THE CLOSE PEAK EFFORT REQUIREMENT DRIVE CONTINUOUS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT ENSURE ALL SOPS ARE UPDATED REVIEWED AND SIGNED OFF BY THE CLIENT ON YEARLY BASIS/AS AND WHEN ANY MAJOR CHANGE OCCURS
