Job Summary
A reputed law firm in Mumbai is looking to appoint an Advocate / Associate with 37 years experience for handling litigation and arbitration matters.
Key Requirements:
Experience in handling:
Civil Litigation
Property Matters
Corporate Disputes
Arbitration Proceedings
Ability to independently:
Draft pleadings applications notices written submissions and briefs
Conduct legal research
Attend and argue matters before courts tribunals and arbitral forums
Familiarity with court procedures and filings before:
Bombay High Court
City Civil Court
Commercial Courts
Arbitration Tribunals and related forums
Strong command over:
Legal drafting
Case strategy and procedural law
Use of legal technology and AI-based legal research tools
Efficient in maintaining:
Legal records
Matter tracking
Case management systems
Digital documentation workflows
Preferred Skills:
Professional communication and client-handling abilities
Organized and detail-oriented approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced litigation practice
Proficiency in MS Office PDF management legal databases and AI-assisted legal tools
Workplace:
Office located at New Marine Lines.
