IT Internal Audit Analyst

Job Overview:

As an IT Internal Audit Analyst you will be responsible for conducting independent assessments of the companys IT systems and processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. You will work closely with our IT team and other departments to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct audits of IT systems and processes to assess compliance with internal policies and external regulations

- Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for improvement

- Collaborate with IT team and other departments to develop and implement corrective action plans

- Review and evaluate IT controls and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency

- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve audit processes

- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Accounting or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT audit or related field

- Strong knowledge of IT systems and processes

- Familiarity with internal audit standards and regulations

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Professional certification such as CISA or CISSP is a plus
