Job Summary

FINANCE MANAGER (FM)

Mpumalanga

A well-established automotive retail group is seeking an experienced Finance Manager (FM) to take full financial responsibility within a high-performing passenger vehicle dealership.

This role is responsible for the full financial management reporting compliance and control of the dealerships financial operations ensuring accurate financial performance and strong alignment with OEM and group requirements.

The successful candidate must have strong motor industry dealership experience and the ability to operate in a fast-paced performance-driven retail environment.

Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) essential
Minimum 3 years experience as a Finance Manager (FM) within a franchised motor dealership
Strong understanding of dealership accounting financial controls and reporting processes
Experience with OEM reporting requirements advantageous
Strong ability in budgeting forecasting and financial reporting
E
xperience in auditing processes within a dealership environment advantageous
Strong motor industry experience essential
