Job Summary
FINANCE MANAGER (FM) AUTOMOTIVE RETAIL GROUP
Johannesburg Gauteng
A well-established automotive retail group is seeking an experienced Finance Manager (FM) to take full financial responsibility within a high-performing dealership environment.
This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial management reporting compliance and internal financial control within a dealership-level motor industry structure.
The successful candidate must have strong motor industry dealership experience with a solid understanding of dealership financial operations and reporting requirements.
Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) essential
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Finance Manager (FM) within the motor industry at dealership level

Strong dealership experience essential (motor industry)
- Experience in auditing / audit processes within a dealership environment advantageous

Multi-dealership group experience advantageous
- Solid understanding of dealership accounting financial controls and reporting processes

Experience with OEM reporting requirements advantageous

Strong ability in budgeting forecasting and financial reporting

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced motor industry environment
