Short Description
Responsible for enhancing supporting and maintaining applications and identity access management systems.
Coordinates the analysis development and integration of new functionality and IAM requirements including logical access control for person and non-person entities.
Builds tests and implements new features maintenance changes and fixes. Create and maintain test scripts. Develops plans and executes testing for supported applications.
Analyzes diagnoses and implements system and process changes. Ensures system changes follow change management procedures and protocols.
Works with cross-functional teams to improve operations interoperability and staff processes and acts as a subject matter expert on assigned projects.
Act as application SME when assigned to project teams. Protects Cooper information by ensuring appropriate access to data and provides frontline technical support to users.
Responsible for template build and modification for applications and IAM systems. Consistently meets project deadlines and goes the extra mile to ensure dates are met.
Troubleshoots and researches issues impacting systems.
Implement new systems enhance and/or upgrade existing systems system optimization new feature/function implementation.
Analyze diagnose and implement system and process changes for both applications and IAM systems.
Act as the application and IAM subject matter expert (SME) when assigned to project teams.
Ensure system changes follow change management procedures and protocols.
Work with IT HR and Business Teams to develop lifecycle IAM privileged identity strategies architecture and implementation plans.
Provide education on system functionality and configuration of new tools to increase end user productivity.
Support mentoring and cross-training across application and IAM teams. Mentor junior analysts or new team members.
Provide on-call support 24/7 monitor queues event logs brokers interfaces with external systems and perform maintenance as required.
Develop plan execute and maintain test scripts for new installations projects and/or system updates.
Maintain documentation service desk routing and education for all application and IAM enhancements and procedures.
Recommend develop and implement effective/strategic business IAM solutions through research and analysis of data and business operation while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of IAM best practices.
Diagnose and resolve business issues recommending areas for process improvement or innovation.
Identifying opportunities to automate and partner with process automation teams.
Write scripts and transforms for coding and automation of Coopers application and IAM systems.
Participate in IAM audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks. Monitor and report on user activity in the IAM system.
Manage account lifecycle governance and administration from inception to termination for employees non-employees and business partners. Enhance and maintain system documentation including user lifecycle management identity governance and access management.
Manage onboarding/offboarding account creation transfers and terminations utilizing SailPoint IAM tool Epic (EHR) Omnicell (Pharmacy) and other systems.
Grant or deny access to company resources based on user role and privileges.
Create and manage user groups in the IAM system.
Enforce Cooper policies and procedures related to identity and access management.
Fulfill access requests and resolve tasks/incidents in ticketing systems with defined SLAs.
Train and pass required training/testing on Epic Active Directory SailPoint iCooper Omnicell and other Cooper applications/systems.
Create modify and manage provisioning of Epic EMP User Records templates and SER Records.
Template build and modification for applications and IAM systems.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience Required
3-5 years relevant Active Directory and Epic
Technical experience will be considered for those candidates who have a proven track record in the field and handling responsibilities associated with the outlined job responsibilities/summary
Education Requirements
High School/GED required.
Bachelors Degree preferred.
Business Data Analytics Information Technology/Systems Healthcare preferred.
3-5 years relevant experience active directory and epic and/or technical experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
License/Certification Requirements
Data Courier Experience
Healthcare experience in hospital medical practice or health system. preferred
Epic Security specific proficiency is required
Must obtain epic security certification within one year
