Assistant Manager
Job Summary
In this role you will:
- Oversee the smooth and efficient daily operation of the Front Desk
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest needs and concerns with professionalism and care
- Supervise support and motivate team members to meet brand service standards and procedures
- Communicate effectively with the General Manager on all aspects of guest services and operations
- Manage shift handovers to ensure continuity and clarity across the team
- Manage Accounts Receivable ensuring timely follow-up and accuracy
- Assist with rostering balancing operational needs with labour efficiency
- Complete regular stocktakes and monitor inventory levels
- Provide support with end of month processes reporting and administration
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in an Assistant Manager or similar leadership role
- A genuine passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Confident leadership style with a hands-on approach
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience with Opera Cloud (desirable but not essential)
