Key Responsibilities:

• Review clinical documentation and assign appropriate ICD-10 CPT and HCPCS codes for Lifestyle Medicine and JCWM services

• Ensure accurate charge entry for individual visits group visits and follow-up encounters

• Submit track and reconcile insurance claims; resolve denials and rejections

• Collaborate with providers operations and revenue cycle teams to clarify documentation and coding requirements

• Maintain compliance with CMS payer and Jefferson Health billing and documentation standards

• Support audits reporting and performance improvement initiatives across both programs
