We are looking for a Claims Coordinator to strengthen our Claims Department which is part of Sales Support & Customer Care starting as soon as possible.
Claims Coordinator
As a Claims Coordinator you will be responsible for handling claims from our retail and contract partners across the globe. You will play a key role in ensuring a consistent fair and solution-oriented claims process while supporting the daily operations of the department.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders across logistics product teams & sales ensuring that claims are handled efficiently and professionally.
Your responsibilities
Evaluating claims based on collected data and documentation
Handling communication with customers and internal stakeholders
Raising orders replacements and credit notes
Maintaining and improving internal guidelines and processes
Ensuring consistent and structured case handling
Ad hoc administrative tasks
Your profile
You are mature and bring a professional and calm approach to your work
You have a strong sense of ownership and a can do attitude
You are able to work independently and make balanced decisions
You bring a calm pragmatic and solution-driven approach to all customer interactions
You bring a curious and investigative mindset focused on understanding and documenting the cause behind each case
You are a whiz in systems and comfortable bouncing between different IT systems
You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English (written and oral)
Experience within the furniture industry is an advantage but not a requirement the right attitude and mindset are what matter most
Bonus if you are fluent in German or Danish
