Maternity Cover Training Coordinator

Job Summary
For our training department in DNV Business Assurance Denmark we are looking for an experienced and customer-focused training coordinator for a period of 6 months with the possibility to extend up to 12 month further in a maternity cover for our current training coordinator. You will be part of a small and very well-functioning team.
The training department is part of our sales department with 9 highly engaged people working with sales marketing and training. We are focused on our customers and sales and of course there are also several administrative and more operational-related tasks. And it is especially at the administrative tasks where we are looking for help.
Your tasks will be to support our current Course Coordinator and Training Manager in the daily operation and project management of the growing volume of training that we deliver to our customers.
As a training coordinator you will be part of the team that solves all tasks in a training department.
Your role and responsibilities will be:
- Help our customers with bookings and answer questions about our trainings
- Support our trainers so that they can attend the training assured that everything practical is under control including material booking of the venue and catering for training participants
- Administration of our training in DNVs systems (LMS Learning Management System)
- System support for the training manager
- Support our central planning department so that we ensure efficient and correct booking of our trainers
- Support our finance department so that we ensure efficient invoicing of trainings
Responsibilities
We offer an administrative position in a role that is central to our training department because it ties the sales department together with the delivery organization and is central for customer experience. Qualifications
- You have experience from a training department event coordination or perhaps from the hotel and conference industry.
- You are good at maintaining data and you you have focus on the details.
- You enjoy helping others and you are happy when your team is a success.
- You are fluent in Danish and English.
