Nursery Practitioner Up to 30000
Daily work here is centred around creating a calm engaging environment where children can explore at their own pace both indoors and out. Based in a bright converted nursery with a well-used garden the role involves supporting your room team building strong relationships with children and contributing to consistent thoughtful practice.
Before You Apply
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is required.
- You should be confident working as part of a team and supporting day-to-day room routines.

What Youll Need
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years
- Recent experience working in a nursery or similar setting
- Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding practices
- Ability to work reliably as part of a team
What Youll Do
- Support the daily routine of your room ensuring a consistent and calm environment
- Build positive relationships with children to support their development and wellbeing
- Plan and carry out simple engaging activities in line with EYFS
- Observe and record childrens progress accurately
- Maintain high standards of care safety and safeguarding
- Work closely with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents
