We are seeking an enthusiastic experienced and nurturing Nursery Manager to lead our school-based nursery provision. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and committed to creating a safe inspiring and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
As Nursery Manager you will lead the day-to-day operation of the nursery and work closely with school leaders to ensure high-quality provision that supports childrens learning development and wellbeing. You will inspire and support staff build strong relationships with families and ensure the nursery reflects best practice and statutory requirements.
The successful candidate will:
Have experience of leading or managing within an Early Years setting
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
Be committed to delivering high-quality teaching learning and care
Have strong communication and organisational skills
Be able to motivate develop and support a team
Place childrens wellbeing development and outcomes at the centre of decision-making
Build positive partnerships with parents carers and external agencies
