Overview:
We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide hands-on IT support in afederal client environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving user interaction and working in a structured mission-focused setting.
What Youll Do:
- Provide Tier I/II support for end users
- Troubleshoot issues with:
- Windows desktops and laptops
- Microsoft Office applications
- Network connectivity and peripherals
- Respond to tickets via phone email and in person
- Install configure and maintain hardware/software
- Support user onboarding and system setup
- Escalate complex issues as needed
Required Qualifications:
- ActiveSecret Clearance
- 25 years of IT support experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience supporting Windows-based environments
