Personal Lines Account Manager (Hybrid)

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely in a hybrid capacity or fully in-office depending on your preference and location. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $58000 - $75000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Incentives:
    • 20% commission on new business written
    • 10% commission on rounding out accounts
    • Annual performance bonus
  • Benefits:

  • Work Arrangement:
    • Hybrid (1-2 days in the office) or fully remote for candidates in the Northeast region

Responsibilities

As a Personal Lines Account Manager you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts handling all aspects from start to finish (soup to nuts).
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Quote and process new and renewal business for accounts up to $10000 in size.
  • Collaborate with carriers such as Plymouth Rock MAPFRE Andover Vermont Mutual Concord Chubb Pure Cincinnati and Travelers.
  • Utilize software systems including AMS 360 and ImageRight with a transition to EPIC planned in the near future.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve departmental goals and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license is highly preferred. Candidates without a license must be willing to obtain one within six months of hire.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance (open to candidates with captive experience).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 and ImageRight is preferred; familiarity with EPIC is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
