• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or related field (Masters or MBA preferred).
• 15 yearsof experience in enterprise applications with5 yearsin executive leadership roles.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
• Experience in leading digital transformation or modernization programs in insurance.
• Significant experience implementing and managing insurance policy billing and claims systems.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance operations regulatory requirements and industry trends.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure) microservices APIs and enterprise integration.
• Proven success in managing large distributed teams and multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Demonstrated success working in acentral shared services modeland partnering withdivisional CIOs.
• Prior experience inorganizational consolidationand enterprise harmonization initiatives.
• Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
• Familiarity with data platforms analytics and customer experience technologies.

The Senior Vice President Business ApplicationsLeader is a senior technology executive responsible for leading the strategy execution and operations of enterprise systems that support core insurance functions. This role reports to the Chief Information Officer and is critical to enabling scalable growth operational efficiency and superior customer and agent experiences across the organization. S/he will work closely with other IT leaders including the heads of InfrastructureEnterprise Architecture andInformation Security and will operate within acentral shared services modelwhile collaborating withdivisional CIOsto ensure alignment across business units. The SVP will also be responsible for cultivating and managingexecutive-level relationshipsacross business and technology leadership to ensure strategic alignment and shared accountability.
