This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with proven experience in the FMCG sector who is passionate about sustainability and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyse market trends to identify new opportunities industries and strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling networking and industry events
- Manage the full sales pipeline from initial engagement through to negotiation and deal closure
- Collaborate with Sales Marketing and Product Development teams to align growth strategies
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activity
- Track sales performance and provide accurate forecasting and reporting
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Sales Marketing Finance or a related field (advantageous)
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience within the FMCG sector
- Strong analytical communication negotiation and strategic planning skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed KPIs
- Valid drivers licence with a reliable vehicle and cell phone
