The Role:

We are looking for a high-impact Senior Program Manager to drive strategic sales initiatives that directly influence revenue growth and sales productivity. This role sits at the intersection ofstrategy execution and analytics and requires a leader who can operate with strong ownership in a fast-paced high-ambiguity environment.

You will work closely with Sales Product Marketing and Leadership teams toidentify growth levers drive GTM execution and scale high-impact programsacross the business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead programs by aligning teams on program scope vision and business goals creating program structure and securing cross-functional alignment.
• Drive program core team meetings with key stakeholders for each program to help make key decisions remove obstacles and address key program issues. Be the key driver to ensure business goals are met and drive the strategic vision of each program.
• Develop strong partnerships with key functional stakeholders to drive focus on business goals. Be a trusted partner for executive management to ensure program success.
• Integrate AI tools insights and best practices into program workflows to enhance decision-making and execution efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teammates to lead alignment meetings addressing tactical issues dependencies team status metrics review milestones etc.
• Break down ambiguous business problems into structured frameworks. Leverage data to generate insights prioritize initiatives and drive decision-making.
• Provide leadership with clear structured updates on program health including risks dependencies and performance metrics.
• Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow down or prevent project teams from delivering on project goals.
