We are looking for a Senior IT Program Manager (10 years) to lead and oversee a portfolio of high-impact AI & Data Analytics projects. You wont be coding-instead you will be the conductor of the orchestra ensuring multiple projects run smoothly stay on budget and deliver real value.
You will also run the PMO governance manage vendor contracts and coach a team of junior project managers.

You will also run the PMO governance manage vendor contracts and coach a team of junior project managers.
What You Will Do
- Project Delivery: Oversee multiple concurrent AI/Data projects ensuring they are delivered on time and with high quality.
- Financial Control: Own the portfolio budget. Track costs forecast spending handle accruals and manage financial variations.
- Vendor Management: Handle vendor relationships approve Statements of Work (SOWs) and track invoicing/milestones.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide project managers on Agile Waterfall and hybrid execution frameworks.
- Executive Reporting: Build dashboards (Power BI/Smartsheet) to give leadership clear visibility into project health and ROI.
- 10 years of experience in IT Project/Program Management with strong PMO governance.
- Domain: Background managing AI Analytics or Big Data platforms.
- Financial Acumen: Strong experience managing large budgets forecasting and using financial tracking tools (SAP Planview Cora etc.).
- Process: Expert in Agile (Scrum/SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies.
