Personal Care Assistant Part-time (Night Duty)

As a Personal Care Assistant youll be part of an experienced engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincents Care Service Carseldine.

This is a permanent part-time role requiring availability to work 6 days per fortnight. Candidates must be available to undertake night duty shifts.

Things that work for us:

• Certificate III in Individual Support / Certificate III Aged Care or similar qualification is essential

• Ability to commit to Permanent Part time day afternoon and night shifts

• Experience in an aged care environment

• Personal care provision that is consistent with the mission and philosophy of our organisation

• Experience providing services and activities centred around client needs including grooming showering mobility meals toileting social activities

• High level of customer service skills

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

• Ability to follow directives as per care plan

• Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities

• Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)

• NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
