About the role

As Principal Platform Consultant Unified Experience Platform you set enterprise direction for analytics and personalisation platforms across our Unified Experience Platform. Operating with broad scope and senior influence you define strategy governance and standards that enable consistent scalable and compliant digital outcomes. This role focuses on enterprise leadership rather than daytoday delivery supporting teams to succeed at scale.

What youll do

• Define and govern the enterprise strategy for analytics and personalisation platforms aligning technology roadmaps with customer and business priorities.
• Provide platform governance and assurance across delivery teams ensuring alignment to enterprise standards patterns and approved architectures.
• Set enterprise-wide standards for tagging data collection experimentation and personalisation to improve consistency and data quality.
• Partner with architecture and engineering teams to influence secure scalable platform and integration design across Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Act as the escalation point for complex or high-risk platform decisions providing clear direction and outcomes-focused guidance.
• Mentor Platform Consultants and support uplift in analytics and personalisation maturity across the organisation.

What youll bring

• Extensive experience working with enterprise-scale digital platforms ideally within complex transformation environments.
• Deep expertise across Adobe Experience Cloud including Adobe Experience Platform Adobe Analytics Adobe Target Adobe Data Collection and Customer Journey Analytics.
• Demonstrated experience defining platform strategy standards and governance rather than owning delivery execution.
• Strong understanding of modern engineering practices such as APIs CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based architectures.
• Hands-on experience with technologies such as JavaScript Python and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders translating complex platform concepts into clear enterprise direction.
