YOUR NEW ROLE

The Senior Project & Change Officer manages the development delivery and evaluation of complex projects to achieve project benefits and organisational strategic objectives. A key focus of the role is developing and embedding change management activities to enable successful delivery of the transformational projects the role leads. This includes driving stakeholder engagement building readiness and capability for change and ensuring that new initiatives are effectively adopted and sustained across the organisation.

ARE YOU THE ONE

  • In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget scope and quality standards using established project and change management methodologies.
  • Embed and drive change management practices by developing strategies that build stakeholder readiness manage resistance and support sustainable adoption of new ways of working.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships using effective communication and collaboration to align teams and support successful transformation outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on project performance including risks benefits and impacts to optimise outcomes resolve issues and capture lessons learned.
  • Provide strategic advice and support to senior leaders while coordinating multiple complex projects balancing competing priorities and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
