Our clientis growing fast due to increasing demand and is expanding their team. They are looking for enthusiastic Produce Pick Packers to train and invest in to provide a long term opportunity and grow with the business.

The role will offer:

• $30.35/hr when first starting moving to$31.19 after 3 months experience

• Forklift license is not essential but highly regarded

The role will involve:

• Picking and Packing produce in an indoor setting
• You will use a lifting machine to access higher levels to pick (WAV Picker) full training will be provided no ticket is needed
• Sorting weighing and packaging of picked produce
• Demonstrated ability to safely undertake repetitive manual handling tasks up to 25kgs
• Accurately labelling and wrapping
• Operation runs 7 days a week offering good amount of working hours
• Weekly roster is published via email each Sunday

An ideal applicant will have:

• Suitable Visa/Working rights to work over 6 months with one employer!
• Self-motivation to meet achievable targets
• Ability to work alone or in a team as needed
• Availability to work morning afternoon or occasional weekend shifts
• Ability to understand instructions in English is essential some support for other languages is available.
• Shifts will be up to 10hrs
• Immediate starts available
• Own reliable transport (No public transport available)
• Physically able to perform repetitive tasks.
