About the Role
As the Executive Assistant to the Office of the CEO you will play a pivotal role in supporting effective leadership and organisational momentum. Providing high-level executive support you will manage schedules prepare key documents coordinate communications and ensure information flows smoothly between key stakeholders. Sitting at the heart of our Executive and Senior Leadership Team this role offers genuine variety visibility and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work every day. It is well suited to someone who is proactive adaptable and brings professionalism sound judgement and discretion to everything they do.
In this varied and trusted role your key responsibilities will include:
- Confidently managing the CEOs calendar appointments and travel arrangements ensuring priorities are aligned time is used effectively and key deadlines remain on track.
- Preparing high-quality reports briefings agendas minutes presentations and correspondence that support clear decision-making and professional communication.
- Maintaining confidential records files and databases with accuracy discretion and a strong eye for detail.
- Managing the CEOs inbox with professionalism and sound judgement including drafting responses and escalating priority communications where required.
- Providing proactive project support for CEO-led initiatives and strategic priorities helping to maintain momentum and follow-through.
- Tracking key organisational deadlines reporting cycles and strategic priorities to support timely action and strong executive oversight.
This is afull-time position76hours per fortnightlocatedinAlbany.

Our must haves are:
- Demonstrated experience providing high-level executive support in a values-driven not-for-profit or complex multi-stakeholder environment.
- Exceptional communication consultation and relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage professionally across a wide range of stakeholders.
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities stay calm under pressure and keep work moving forward.
- Strong interpersonal awareness and emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and handle sensitive matters with confidence professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce polished accurate and high-quality written materials.
- Advanced digital literacy including strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and virtual collaboration platforms such as Teams Zoom and SharePoint.
