Role Description: Are you passionate about keeping enterprise mobility platforms stable secure and reliable Were looking for an Engineering Operations Enterprise Mobility professional to join our team.
We are seeking an Engineering Operations professional to support and enhance largescale Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) & Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions/platforms (e.g. Microsoft Intune VMware Workspace ONE Ivanti Endpoint Manager Ivanti Neurons) and device enrolment programs (e.g. Apple Automated Device Enrolment ADE Samsung Knox Mobile Enrolment KME Android Zero Touch Enrolment ZTE). You will contribute to operational stability security and compliance by supporting incident response change and release activities platform health monitoring and continuous improvement working closely with internal teams vendors and stakeholders.
Location: Melbourne Sydney
Salary:90243- 98861 AUD Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Mobility Operations Change & Release Governance: Support ITILaligned change control impact assessments and assist with release readiness for golives.
- Incident Escalation & Problem Management: Support highpriority incidents (incl. missioncritical/emergency services) Assist with escalation management for complex or high-impact issues including timely updates and accurate ticket hygiene and contribute to rootcause analysis/problem management.
- Security Risk & Vulnerability Management: Support vulnerability remediation activities in collaboration with Cyber Security teams and platform SMEs.; maintain evidence audits and support fleet posture/security event reporting.
- Platform Engineering & Lifecycle Management: Monitor platform health and performance and raise risks/issues proactively with recommended actions. Support OS/app testing and compatibility checks.
- Device Provisioning Automation & Scale: Support zerotouch enrolment (Apple Business Manager Android zerotouch Samsung Knox Mobile Enrolment)
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field
- Over 5 years of experiencein Enterprise Mobility Management Platform Operations or Engineering Operations within large-scale regulated environments (e.g. Telco Enterprise Government).
- Hands-on familiarity with UEM/EMM platforms such as Microsoft Intune VMware Workspace ONE and Ivanti Endpoint Manager includingenrolmentecosystems (ADE KME ZTE).
- Strong communicationskills to coordinate with stakeholders and provide clear operational updates.
Preferred:
- Prior working experience in Engineering Operations within large-scale regulated environments (e.g. Telco Enterprise Government)
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical ProblemSolving: Structured RCA pattern recognition across incidents/changes/requests and strong data literacy.
- Process Quality & Governance: ITIL discipline rigorous QA across change/release/operations and a continuousimprovement mindset.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Effective crossfunctional partnering; communicates clearly with technical and nontechnical audiences; strong customer empathy.
