Pathways Operations Officer

• Play a key role in shaping the student experience and supporting successful transitions into university study.
• Build strong partnerships with secondary schools while coordinating impactful pathway programs.
• Full-time (1.0 FTE) appointment on a fixed term basis for 3 years.
• Base salary range: $99040 $104669 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.

The Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education and Student Experience) provides strategic leadership across the Universitys education portfolio driving excellence in learning teaching student experience and academic quality. About the opportunity

• Coordinate the operational delivery of Pathway Programs including planning scheduling administration and continuous process improvement.
• Provide high-quality student support responding to enquiries monitoring engagement and progression and helping students navigate their pathway journey.
• Build strong relationships with partner schools and internal stakeholders to support student recruitment transition participation and program effectiveness.

About you

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Experience coordinating administration services or programs within a complex organisation with an ability to contribute to operational planning and service delivery.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills with experience managing enquiries resolving issues and supporting positive customer or student outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal communication organisational and time management skills including the ability to manage competing priorities and build productive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated initiative problem-solving capability and proficiency across common business technologies including Microsoft Office applications databases and communication systems.
