Client Services Manager
Job Summary
We currently have an opportunity for a Client Services Manager to join our Health & Education team and play a key role in delivering safe high-quality and commercially sound facilities management services that support school communities across New South Wales. Reporting to the Operations Manager youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What Youll Do
This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:
Lead the on-site delivery of integrated facilities and asset management services ensuring contractual safety and quality outcomes are consistently achieved.
Build strong trusted relationships with clients stakeholders and service partners to ensure service excellence and satisfaction.
Manage and motivate a diverse workforce and subcontractor base fostering a supportive highperformance and inclusive team culture.
Drive a proactive Zero Harm culture ensuring compliance with WHS risk and governance frameworks at all times.
Monitor financial and operational performance contributing to continuous improvement commercial outcomes and longterm contract success
What Youll Bring
A valid Australian drivers licence and the ability to travel daily between multiple sites and our North Ryde head office; a company vehicle will be provided to support you in the role.
Proven experience leading teams in facilities management or a similarly complex service delivery environment.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate clearly influence outcomes and build collaborative partnerships.
Sound commercial and contract management capability including performancebased KPI delivery.
A safetyfirst mindset with demonstrated experience embedding quality compliance and risk management practices.
Welldeveloped organisational skills resilience and the ability to balance priorities in a fastpaced peoplefocused environment.
