People Administrator
Job Summary
Were looking for a driven and detail orientated People Administrator to join our team!
What youll be doing:
Administration & Communication
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related enquiries via the HR inbox.
- Redirect and escalate enquiries as necessary in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders external vendors and candidates.
- Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Support the production of monthly newsletters for both Stores and Support Office.
- Manage scheduled and ad hoc business-wide communications and updates.
- Administer various systems and databases across the Support Office.
Talent Acquisition
- Post job openings and support with general recruitment including screening.
- Support the team in ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Onboarding
- Oversee the onboarding process for all new starters across the business including obtaining compliance documents and personal information preparing onboarding materials and training modules and communicating with candidates as required.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to coordinate training and onboarding schedules for new starters (Support Office).
Filing and Document Maintenance
- Maintain organised filing systems for HR documents (physical and electronic) using the specified naming convention.
- Ensure employee records are accurate and complete including personal information contracts and other employment-related documents.

- HR or Admin related qualifications and experience would be advantageous
- Strong administration skills
