• Partner with leaders to deliver a practical high-impact people experience aligned to business strategy building leadership capability through coaching and trusted advice

• Design and embed people initiatives (including D&I wellbeing and safety) that translate culture and strategy into simple effective practice with measurable impact

• Manage employee relations and operational people matters in partnership with People Services providing guidance and escalating risks appropriately

• Lead people projects aligned to business priorities ensuring effective delivery and outcomes

• Use people data and insights to identify issues improve engagement and lift performance

• Translate business needs into clear people and system requirements assessing options and recommending practical solutions (including build vs buy where relevant)

• Build strong trusted partnerships across the business to support delivery of organisational goals
