Position Overview:
The RPM Manager oversees daily operations of the Remote Patient Monitoring program ensuring high-quality patient care strong patient engagement and compliance with clinical and billing standards.
- Oversee patient enrollments and disenrollments ensuring accuracy compliance and proper patient education
- Manage patient engagement initiatives including text campaigns call lists and outreach workflows
- Conduct daily audits of coordinator performance (documentation vitals review time tracking and billing metrics)
- Monitor urgent and out-of-range vitals and ensure appropriate escalation protocols are followed
- Lead biweekly performance check-ins and track coordinator KPIs
- Collaborate with leadership on staffing performance and program improvements
- Manage RPM devices vendor communication (e.g. Tenovi) and support tickets
- Oversee device inventory returns and redistribution
- Supervise staff including timecards PTO performance reviews and coaching
- Coordinate with IT facilities and clinic teams to resolve operational issues
- Ensure all daily tasks and reporting are completed
Qualifications:
- Required: Medical Assistant (MA) certification or diploma from an accredited program (CMA RMA or equivalent)
- Experience in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) healthcare operations or a primary care setting
- Strong understanding of compliance clinical documentation and vital sign monitoring/review
- Proven leadership experience managing staff in a healthcare environment
- Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
