Shift 8 Hr Days: 08:00 AM-04:30 PM

Minimum Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Training duration depends on the selected candidates skill level ranging from a few days to several weeks. On-site training is mandatory.
Required Job Qualifications:
- Provide quality phone support to hospital staff in a 24/7 environment for all company-supported applications.
- Handle documentation tracking and monitoring of support requests and incidents.
- Troubleshoot peripherals used in the company as well as related telecommunications systems.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for Windows and Apple devices mobile devices network issues and Microsoft applications.
- Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute. Required Certifications: None required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CompTIA A certification.
- MCP certification(s).
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Experience with Azure and MS Exchange.
Vaccinations process:
- Need immunization records for MMR and varicella Mumps Measles & Rubella and Varicella) should be positive if you have negative results in any of these then you have to take 2 MMR vaccinations with a gap of 28 days since you cannot take 2MMR vaccinations at a time.
- For TB test you have other available options- TSPOT or QF TB Gold or 2 step PPDs for 2 step PPDs you need visit clinic twice and to get these results it may take more than 1 week and should provide latest documents 2019 valid within 3 months )
- Annual Physical.
- Flu Vaccination
- COVID Vaccinated
