Job Summary
Scheduling & Coordination: Develop detailed schedules for projects including maintenance repair and operational activities to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
Resource & Material Planning: Estimate hours allocate resources and support material requirements planning (MRP).
Vendor Coordination: Support in supply chain planning by coordinating with multiple vendors
Risk & Cost Control: Monitor project variances in scope schedule and cost and update risk registers.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation in systems of record (e.g. SAP) and generate performance reports.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between internal teams suppliers and customers to ensure project requirements are met.
Skills & Qualifications:
bachelors degree in engineering Science Technology or Math (STEM).
Experience in project management planning or scheduling within the oil & gas industry.
Proficiency in scheduling software and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
