Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide skilled nursing care case management and potentially float between units based on unit needs. The RN will be responsible for patient assessments medication administration treatment planning and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Strong communication and collaboration with patients providers and other team members is critical.

Location:Hood River Oregon United States
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care in Medical/Surgical ICU or ER settings.
- Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Document patient care and related duties appropriately.
- Float to other units based on skill set and unit needs.
- Provide skilled nursing care in Medical/Surgical ICU or ER settings.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of working.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- ED or ICU experience.
- Drivers license car insurance and automobile for field work

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- PALS certification.
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field
- Two years minimum of hospital home health or hospice care experience
- PALS certification.

Special Considerations:
- Must have a vehicle for this assignment.
- May be required to float to other units and facilities.
- Weekends are required days and/or nights- variable with weekdays.
- No on-call requirement.
