Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as Tier II/III escalation point for complex technical issues
Troubleshoot hardware software network and access-related problems
Manage and resolve service tickets within defined SLA timelines
Provide white-glove support to senior staff and key stakeholders
Document solutions procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers and enterprise systems
Oversee system performance patching upgrades and backups
Monitor network health and ensure high system availability
Support and manage cloud platforms and services
Maintain documentation for cybersecurity posture audits and mitigation activities.
Implement and enforce IT security best practices
Support vulnerability remediation and system hardening efforts
Assist with audits compliance requirements and documentation
Monitor system logs and respond to potential security incidents
Basic Qualifications Required Education Certifications Skills and Experience
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
8 years of experience in Help Desk and/or Systems Administration roles
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred knowledge of:
Networking fundamentals
Power BI / Power Apps
