Job Summary
Mechanical Project Manager (HVAC/MEP)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial HVAC/MEP projects from initiation to completion. This role is responsible for planning execution coordination and financial performance of multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle including planning scheduling execution and closeout
- Oversee financial performance including budgeting forecasting billing and cost control
- Coordinate with internal teams such as accounting purchasing and construction
- Interface with clients contractors engineers architects and vendors
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates
- Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Handle change orders contract modifications and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to project management processes
- Track procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Identify and proactively resolve project challenges
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in Mechanical / HVAC / MEP Project Management
- Strong understanding of commercial or industrial construction projects
- Experience with budgeting scheduling and contract management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with chillers boilers and HVAC systems
- Background in procurement planning or quality assurance
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to work on-site
