Senior Project Manager

Essential Responsibilities:

• Champion and uphold Ledcors safety-first culture ensuring all safety and environmental standards are met or exceeded on telecom construction sites

• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale telecommunications projects including fiber deployments small cell installations and wireless tower builds

• Manage risk management permitting and client communications throughout the project lifecycle

• Lead the identification and pursuit of new telecom project opportunities

• Oversee the project scheduling budgeting and resource allocation using industry-standard tools and methodologies

• Lead the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with telecom construction standards and specifications

• Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

• Negotiate contract execution and change order management

• Help establish and manage project systems including cost tracking reporting and documentation

Qualifications:

• 8 years of telecom or utility construction project management experience with a proven track record of leading large complex infrastructure builds

• Education in Construction Management Telecommunications Engineering or a related field (bachelors degree preferred; diploma or technical training accepted)

• Strong understanding of telecom construction methods permitting processes and industry standards (e.g. NESC NEC local codes)

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams manage subcontractors and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

• Experience with contract negotiation cost control and scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project Primavera or similar) is a plus

Working Conditions:

• Travel up to 30% of the time across the United States and to our hub in Florence KY
