Job Duties
Pipeline Strategy:
Design implement and scale early-career talent pipelines including internship and new graduate programs to support current and future workforce needs. Partner with leadership to forecast workforce needs and implement proactive pipeline strategies that mitigate risk associated with attrition in critical hard-to-fill roles.
Academic Partnerships:
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with universities vocational schools and community-based organizations to create consistent candidate pipelines.
Program Management:
Develop and oversee structured development programs that provide meaningful work experiences mentorship opportunities and defined pathways to employment.
Training & Development:
Partner with HR and department leaders to align internal training initiatives with organizational competency needs and career progression frameworks.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with senior leadership to support workforce planning efforts and ensure early-career programs align with long-term business objectives.
Events & Outreach:
Plan and execute recruitment events campus engagement activities and informational sessions to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
Other Duties
Performs other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the department and organization.
Position Qualifications
57 years of experience in healthcare talent acquisition workforce development or clinical education program management
Magnet & Clinical Knowledge:
Familiarity with Magnet principles nursing workforce trends and clinical credentialing/licensure requirements.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms and project management tools. Experience with workforce analytics and retention metrics preferred.
Core Competencies:
Strong leadership stakeholder management and collaboration skills. Ability to influence across clinical and administrative teams manage complex programs and drive initiatives that improve both recruitment outcomes and employee retention.
Education
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree in Human Resources Healthcare Administration Nursing Organizational Development or related field preferred.
