Pay Rate Range: $40.00/hr.
Employment Type: Contract (W2 through Tekberry)

Schedule: Full-time Monday Friday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid Onsite Tuesday & Wednesday (flexible based on business needs)

Overview
Tekberry is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting operations for our client a leading academic institution. This role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless organized and high-quality hiring experience for candidates recruiters and hiring managers.
The ideal candidate is highly organized detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities. This position supports high-volume recruiting activity and requires strong communication coordination and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Interview Coordination & Scheduling
Coordinate and schedule phone virtual (Zoom) and onsite interviews across multiple teams
Support multiple recruiters and manage scheduling for 30 requisitions simultaneously
Proactively manage calendar conflicts rescheduling and last-minute changes
Schedule post-interview debriefs and coordinate feedback sessions
Candidate Experience & Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
Provide clear timely and professional communication to candidates and hiring teams
Guide candidates through interview logistics (virtual and onsite) to ensure a positive experience
Coordinate candidate travel and accommodations when required
Recruiting Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate candidate records and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Prepare interview materials including guides evaluation forms and feedback templates
Collect track and consolidate interview feedback for hiring decisions
Facilitate reference checks using tools such as Checkster
Reporting & Process Support
Generate weekly monthly and ad hoc recruiting reports and metrics
Support process improvements and standardization across recruiting workflows
Assist with special projects and additional recruiting initiatives as needed
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree required
(or Associates degree with 4 years of relevant experience)
Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Coordination or recruiting support
Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments
Strong experience scheduling Zoom and onsite interviews
Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting large enterprise or university recruiting environments
Familiarity with employment laws EEO and affirmative action practices
Experience coordinating complex multi-panel interview processes
Top Requirements
Talent Acquisition coordination experience in a high-volume environment
Ability to support multiple recruiters and manage 30 active requisitions
Strong experience scheduling both virtual (Zoom) and onsite interviews
Interview Process
Round 1: Phone Screen (20 30 minutes)
Round 2: Zoom Interview (30 45 minutes)
Round 3: Onsite Interview with TA Managers (45 60 minutes)
Work Environment
Hybrid role with minimum 2 days onsite per week (typically Tuesday & Wednesday)
Primary location: Stanford Redwood City Campus; occasional travel to main campus
Fast-paced collaborative recruiting environment
Standard full-time schedule (40 hours/week)
