About the Role

Babcock is continuing to grow across Australasia and were inviting Expressions of Interest from Security professionals who want to be part of a strong highperforming team that plays a critical role in our mission to create a safe and secure world together. As our Defence and critical services programs expand were looking to build a pipeline of skilled people across Adelaide Western Australia and Queensland who can help strengthen our security capability and support complex nationally significant work.

Were seeking Security Advisors Senior Security Advisors and Security Leads with experience in Defence Security and a solid understanding of DISP requirements. Whether your strengths are in Governance Personnel Physical Security or youre an allrounder there are opportunities to contribute to meaningful programs and work alongside a team known for its professionalism collaboration and strong culture.

At the Advisor level youll support daytoday security administration respond to staff queries and work across systems like JIRA and Compass. Senior Advisors take on broader program or sitelevel responsibilities including assurance activities policy advice procedure development and physical security accreditation. For those with deeper experience our Security Lead opportunities involve guiding complex program issues partnering directly with customers shaping processes driving improvements and leading or mentoring a team.

Were particularly interested in people who hold or are eligible to obtain an NV2 clearance and who have completed the Defence Security Officer course though we can be flexible for more junior roles. Most importantly were looking for people who thrive in a supportive hightrust environment and who want to contribute to a security team that is respected across the organisation for its expertise and strong culture.

To be successful you will bring

• Australian Citizen with a Defence security clearance.
• Solid Defence Security experience and a strong understanding of DISP requirements.
• Experience engaging with Defence customers and supporting complex program needs.
• Demonstrate adaptability across multiple sites systems and security responsibilities.
