This is a hands-on plant-critical role where your expertise directly impacts uptime safety and operational performance. You wont just respond to issuesyoull diagnose root causes solve complex problems and improve systems long-term.

What Youll Be Doing:

You will operate as a key technical leader within the plant including:

• Troubleshooting and resolving electrical and controls issues impacting production flow
• Supporting and optimizing PLC systems (Allen-Bradley Logix5000 preferred)
• Working with AC/DC drives instrumentation and industrial control systems
• Partnering with maintenance and operations to restore uptime quickly
• Leading root cause analysis and failure investigations
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives (Lean FMEA RCM SPC)
• Assisting with outage planning repairs and capital projects
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to craft employees

What Makes You a Strong Fit:

Were looking for professionals who bring:

• 5 years of industrial electrical systems experience (required)
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments
• Strong troubleshooting ability in live production settings
• Experience with PLC systems and industrial controls
• A mindset focused on solving root causesnot temporary fixes

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with Allen-Bradley Logix5000 PLCs
• Background in process failure analysis and CI methodologies
• Experience with instrumentation (HART) or combustion systems
• Associates or bachelors degree in a technical field
