• Manage and organize job files from initiation to completion.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with project managers to streamline workflow and communication.
• Maintain and update project schedules and timelines.
• Assist in preparing reports and invoices for clients.
• Track job progress and address any discrepancies promptly.
• Support the team with administrative tasks and data entry.
• Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in administrative or project coordination roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and job management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of restoration or construction industry is a plus.
