What Youll Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for seamless operations
• Maintain detailed records in CRM systems

What Were Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous BDC call center or automotive experience is a plus (but not required!)
• Basic computer and phone system skills
