The Opportunity
Were looking for a relationship-focused Senior Account Manager to support one of our sales reps and manage daily communication with clients support the sales process and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment is detail-oriented and is passionate about client service.
What Youll Do
Manage daily communication with clients and your sales rep via email and phone
Field project requirements from your sales rep clients and other team members
Identify available promotional products and create client presentations including product images details pricing and shipping costs
Gather necessary logo and artwork files for projects
Enter order details into our order management system
Submit orders to vendors and coordinate vendor artwork signoff
Track product production shipping and delivery
Handle issue resolution escalating for help when necessary
Foster and maintain client relationships to ensure were meeting their needs

Qualifications That Set You Up for Success
2 years of sales customer service or client account management experience in the
promotional product industry
Proficiency with Microsoft Office OR Google G Suite office productivity programs
Bachelors degree (or 5 years of experience in sales customer service or account
management)
Experience in working in a CRM or order management platform (preferably Commonsku)
