The Opportunity
Were looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our New Business Team. If youre great at finding opportunities and closing deals this role is for you!
Your Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development: Work with Sales Development to uncover opportunities in the US enterprise brand market through networking research and outreach.
Lead Management: Nurture leads and guide them through the sales process using Salesforce CRM.
Solution Selling: Understand complex client needs and match them with Cints solutions.
Proposal Creation: Craft compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Deal Closing: Navigate negotiations and close deals effectively.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Qualifications :
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field with 2 years of proven success in new business development preferably selling to enterprise-level clients in the US market.
- Experience with SaaS solutions or market research/insights platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence senior-level executives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills capable of managing complex sales cycles.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for winning enterprise-level deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and experience with lead generation processes and tools.
Additional Information :
Anticipated Salary Range (US Only):
The anticipated pay range for this role is $67000 to $97000 annual base salary with on target annual commission of $53600 - $77600. In addition this position is also eligible for the following benefits:
