Job Summary
IT Business Analyst Specialistin GAC Savannah
Unique Skills:
Required:
- Minimum4 years of experience with Corridor is required
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced envrionment
Preferred:
- Experience with Corridor troubleshooting and application administration
- Audit support experience including responding to audit requests and supporting compliance-related activities
- Power BI experience for reporting and analytics
- Experience with Invar Warehosue System (IWS)

Job Description
- Engages stakeholders and technology users in identifying analyzing refining and documenting business requirements for IT systems.
- Reviews operational procedures and methods; maps current business processes; defines and analyzes business activities; identifies best practices; and recommends improvements.
- Develops conceptual design documents including alternative solutions scope of work functional specifications and logical skeletons for new systems.
- Serves as a liaison between end users and software development teams including functioning as a subject matter expert (SME) in translating requirements to software development teams.
- Makes formal written and oral presentations on analysis findings recommendations and system specifications.
- Identifies requirements for testing develops test plans and scripts and coordinates testing as required.
- Works with technical resources to assist with IT application/integration testing.
- Interprets applies and recommends changes to organizational policies and procedures. .
- Trains coaches and mentors others. .
- Leads projects as required. .
